AcuPages.com Q&A

Q: Why did you decide to be an acupuncturist?
My desire to practice Acupuncture grew out of my T'ai Chi Practice. I became an oriental bodyworker and the natural progression was acupuncture. I am grateful for my many teachers along the way!
Q: What work/education experience makes you a better acupuncturist ?
I currently teach at the Acupuncture school, which I attended. This helps me cultivate my sensitivity and skills. I have taught T'ai Chi Ch'uan over the past 9 years. This enhances my ability to meet people where they need to be met. As well, my continuous study of Zero Balancing strengthens my skills as acupuncturist.
Q: What about your personal interests?
I love parenting my two children, Zenobe (12) and Prasad (10). I play a unique sport by the name of Court Tennis. Having played this sport the past 25 years, I find joy and a place to practice my T'ai Chi Ch'uan skills. I love meeting new people and I love experiencing nature in all her beauty!
